Account Deletion Request

Users of reimburse.id can request deletion of their account and associated personal data through this page.

If you would like to delete your reimburse.id account, please submit a request using the form below.

After we receive your request, our team will verify account ownership before processing the deletion.

Deletion process:

  • Our team will review your submission
  • We will send a confirmation email to your registered email address to verify account ownership
  • Your request will only be processed after the verification is completed
  • Once verified, your account will be deactivated and scheduled for deletion
  • Personal data that is no longer required will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
  • Certain data may be retained for a limited period if required for legal, tax, audit, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
