reimburse.id (“we”, “us”, or “the application”) respects user privacy and is committed
to protecting the personal data that we process through the reimburse.id website and mobile application.

protect user data when using reimburse.id services.

  • Photos of transaction receipts

d. Device information and device identity

  • Push notification tokens, such as FCM tokens
  • Limited technical information required for application operation and notification delivery

e. Operational and security logs

  • Error logs
  • System activity logs
  • Audit and security data to prevent misuse and fraud, and to support internal and legal compliance

2. How We Use Data

We use user data to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain reimburse.id services
  • manage user accounts and login authentication
  • process reimbursements, approvals, payments, and related workflows
  • send notifications relevant to application usage
  • provide customer support and resolve issues
  • maintain system security, detect unauthorized activity, and fulfill audit or compliance obligations
  • improve service stability and reliability

We do not sell users’ personal data to third parties.

The reimburse.id mobile application may use device tokens and push notification services
to send notifications related to accounts, workflows, approvals, or relevant application activity.

9. Children

reimburse.id services are not intended for children under the age specified by applicable law
for the use of business services. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data
for general consumer purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be published
on this page along with the latest update date.
